Mrs Christina Stitt (f)

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

RGN, SCM, GPN, BSc ,MINS, Dip Asthma Care, Diploma Primary Care Diabetes Management, FP certificate.

Christina qualified as a Registered General Nurse at Renfrew, Dumbarton and Argyll College of Nursing and Midwifery. Following a post of Staff Nurse in Accident and Emergency at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary she trained as a Midwife at the South West Scotland College of Nursing and Midwifery and then worked as a Staff Midwife in Elsie Inglis Memorial Maternity Hospital in Edinburgh. Since 1986 Christina has worked in Primary Care, gaining a Specialist Practitioner Title in General Practice Nursing, The Queen’s Nursing Institute Long Service Award, and graduated with a BSc in Community Health (General Practice Nursing) from Queen Margaret University. In addition Christina has qualifications in Asthma, Diabetes, COPD, Minor Illness, Family Planning, and Supervision and Management.

Miss Kirsty Robertson

Kirsty joined the practice as part of our admin team. During her time in the practice, she developed an interest in phlebotomy (blood tests) and has now completed her training course. 

She runs phlebotomy clinics in the practice on a Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
